SpotMotional creates animated video ads with artificial intelligence from the idea and the material provided by the customer (photos, videos, logos, documents and music). It is pay-as-you-go with credit packs, with no subscription. Before each AI job starts, the maximum it can cost is held; when it finishes, only what was actually used is charged, and if a job fails everything held is refunded.
3. Account and acceptable use
You need an account with a verified email. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for using SpotMotional lawfully, without uploading illegal, offensive or misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights.
4. Your material and your spots
By uploading material you declare that you hold the rights to use it in advertising (including the consent of the people who appear in it and the music licences). Your material remains yours and is only used to create your spots. The spots you create are yours. We will only show them as examples on our website with your express permission.
5. Prices, payment and invoicing
Pack prices are final and include VAT. Payment is made by card through Stripe and MKFactory Soluciones Digitales, S.L. issues the invoice. Credits do not expire. Unused credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase.
6. SpotMotional intellectual property
The software, the animation engine, the AI working methods, the design and the SpotMotional brand belong to MKFactory Soluciones Digitales, S.L.. Customers receive the final videos; the animation source code is not delivered.
7. Liability
We take reasonable measures to keep the service running securely and to stop the AI from inventing facts that are not in your material, but you must review each spot before publishing it: you are responsible for its content and use.

9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
